About Us

Tim Mayes has been an owner of IDI, a Colorado based company, for 21 Years. IDI has had many forms (Partnership in '90, Incorporated in '91 and Independent Contracting - 1099 since '07) during those years. We offer Consulting Services in the areas of Planning, Strategy Deployment, Process Management and assistance in Organizational Development while Leveraging Information Technology needs. Tim Mayes and IDI has been recognized as providing integrated solutions in a tenacious and holistic manner for their customer base. 


Tim Mayes has managed (VP/GM) a $1,600,000 monthly P&L for a Division of a Fortune 500 company. He is experienced with small companies, start-up and turn around environments with fast, high growth markets. Over the last 21 years his experience has been focused in assisting companies in the alignment of their products, technologies, processes and people to achieve company direction and goals. These companies were as small as 5MM to large Fortune 500 companies.


He has managed complex projects such as one of the top ten Superfund sites as well as small manufacturing or technology environments. He has had acting management as well as consulting positions with various organizations in start-up, turnaround, shut-down, computer software, hardware and traditional manufacturing industries. His engagement is tailored to the your organizational needs and preferences.


Tim Mayes earned a bachelor's degree from University of California, Fresno.
